Bio
I graduated high school from Woodland High School in 1983 as Salutatorian of my graduating class. I have a BS from the University of Alabama (1987), and a MS from Jacksonville State University (1992).
I am in my 34th year as an educator! I have 25 years in Alabama as a teacher (8 years) and as a principal (17 years). This is my 9th year as an educator in the great state of Georgia. This is my first year at the greatest elementary school in Georgia: Roopville Elementary School. I live in Woodland, AL with my wife Paula. We have two sons: Riley (and wife Kendall), who is an attorney in Opelika, AL and Reed, who teaches Physical Science and coaches football and basketball at Central-Carroll High School.
