Student Flu Shot Information
The Carroll County Health Department (CCHD) will be at Roopville Elementary School (RES) on October 19, 2026, from 9:00–10:00 a.m. to administer flu vaccines to students.
If you would like for your child to receive a flu vaccine, please complete the attached consent form and return it to the school nurse no later than October 9, 2026.
